Rodrigo graduated in 1999 from the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He worked in private practice in Argentina and China; after choosing to move to Australia he was accredited by the Australian Dental Council in 2007 and has worked here since then.
Rodrigo believes that ongoing education is crucial in the development as a dental professional. In Argentina, Rodrigo tutored in clinical practice in the departments of Oral Surgery, Community Dentistry and High Risk Patients. Rodrigo graduated from masters courses in Periodontics and Oral Rehabilitation in Argentina with some of the most prestigious specialists in the country; and in 2000 he completed a one year postgraduate course in the area of Implantology at the Argentinean division of the International Team of Implantology (ITI).
In Australia Rodrigo is a member of the Australian Dental Association, the Melbourne Seattle Study Club, Australian Osseointegration Society and the International Team of Implantology (ITI).
Since settling in Melbourne and during the 4 years prior to opening azubelDENTAL, Rodrigo worked at a number of Melbourne practices in Bulleen, Balaclava, Malvern and Canterbury.
Rodrigo follows a patient-centered approach to treatment through the promotion of healthier oral hygiene and preventative care as the basis to improving oral health and wellbeing; therefore comprehensive diagnosis and personalised treatment plans provide our patients with professional service, clear options and advice in every step of the treatment process.
Rodrigo likes to spend and enjoy any free time with his wife and sons Victor born in 2010 and Lisandro born in 2012. When he is not at home or work, he enjoys staying fit through running, cycling and kayaking.
